Oh no! Another break up? Not again.

Now you're a total wreck with zero appetite who's just sobbing and questioning your self worth. Anyone who's gone through this heart wrenching process (or watched enough rom-coms) knows that. Fortunately, the pain is just temporary and life will be better. Follow this guide on how to deal with a break up and you will bounce back better than ever in just 30 days.

Day 1: Delete his number.
All those unanswered calls and double blue ticks on your Whatsapp is an obvious sign you need to move on. Set reminders for yourself to NOT text him. It only makes you look needy. Delete his number. Better yet, delete him from your life.

Day 2: Cry your eyes out if you must.
Don't bottle up your emotions. It's not healthy. Cry your eyes out. Scream if you must. You'll feel much better after letting it all out. It's okay to grief for a while. Tomorrow will be a better day!

Day 3: Throw away all his belongings that he left behind or anything from him.
Don't keep them. Donate them to charity or something.

Day 4: Write an angry hate letter to your ex and then, rip it up.
You can also go to www.lettertomyex.com and get it all off your chest. No one will be judging you. You can read thousands of letter submitted by other people from all over the world who's going through the same struggle. Know that you're not alone.

Day 5: Put on a facial mask and eat ice cream straight out of the tub.
Mint chocolate chip ice cream is an all-cure!

Day 6: Vent it out by talking to your best friend.
Trust me, your friends are tired of listening to every single detail of it. Only because they love you and genuinely care for your well being, they'd stick around no matter what. They deserve an award!

Day 7: Remove photos of the both of you, even on social media.
Get rid of the relationship evidence. Real memories stay in the heart forever.

Day 8: Make a playlist that makes you feel good.
Not any of those sappy love songs.

Here are some suggestions:

Day 9: Get a new hairdo.
A new hair colour to freshen up the look. How about adding some long sexy curls? They always look so preppy and good.

Day 10: Go shopping.
Pamper and give yourself a little treat. Splurge! You can get this graphic tee that speaks to him.

Day 11: Post a fresh, new profile photo.
After giving yourself a much needed makeover, show the world you're still going strong. #goodvibesonly

Day 12: Block your ex on social media.
Block him everywhere. Unfriend him on Facebook and unfollow his Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and EVERYTHING.I know, this is a difficult step. Sometimes, you just have to burn bridges and move on. It's for the best.

Day 13: Do something your ex hates.
Maybe your ex can't stand metal music because all he listens to is jazz. Or he doesn't like you wearing those stiletto pumps because you'll be taller than him whenever you stand next to him. Well, his opinions don't matter now. Slip into those pumps and blast that head bangin' music like there's no tomorrow!

Day 14: Get yourself a pet.
Cuddling your furry friends can be therapeutic. Who cares if anyone thinks you're going to end up like the lady with 8 cats? A dog could turn out to be your new best friend. Or even a pet rock. Anything is better than your toxic ex.

Day 15: Plan a getaway.
All you need to do is to whisk yourself to a remote tropical island for some solo time. It's a great time to find yourself and do some reflective thinking.

Day 16: Download dating apps like Tinder and flirt shamelessly.
But be careful who meet on Tinder. Read this survival guide on "10 Guys You Meet on Tinder". You've been warned.

Day 17: Hit the clubs!
Go wild with your friends and party all night! Hook up with someone if that's your kind of thing. Like the saying goes, "Get over someone by getting under someone".

Day 18: Work out intensely.
Put down that tub of ice cream and it's time to work it, girl. It has been scientifically proven that an intense work out is a great way to get over someone because your body releases endorphins, a.k.a. happy hormones, when you're active and it lifts your spirits. Lace up those shoes and get the sweat going.

Day 19: Find your passion.
Is there something you have always been passionate about but never have time to get to it? If you have not figure out what your passion is, don't worry. It's not too late to find it. Do something that you'd never thought you could. Step out of your comfort zone and reignite the fire in you!

Day 20: Reconnect with an old flame or friends who you've lost touch over the years.
These people are able to point out how much you've changed over the years. Besides, never ever take friendship for granted.

Day 21: Make someone smile today.
Simple things like helping your mom out with the house chores or offering a random stranger your seat on a bus can make a lot of difference in the world.

Day 22: Spend the day by yourself.
Go for a movie or try having dinner alone. Learning to be alone and independent is an important survival skill.

Day 23: Pick up a new hobby.
You have sooo much me-time. Learn to play a new instrument. Or enroll yourself for dance lessons! Plus, it's a good idea to de-stress and all part of self-improvement.

Day 24: Create new memories with something or at a place that ties to your ex.
Bad memories may linger but you can replace them with new ones. You don't have to stop going to your favourite cafe just because it's the place where the both of you first met. Invite your friends to have a heart-to-heart talk over coffee and it can be the new hangout spot for the both of you.

Day 25: Make a list of what you like and hate about the relationship.
Learn from it. Some relationships are not made to last. They're here to help you realize what you actually want in a relationship. I'm sure you will set better expectations for your next.

Day 26: Join or start a new social group.
It's a great way to mingle and meet new people. By meeting new people, you'll realize there are many more people out there who can show you different perspectives and there's so much you can learn from other people.

Day 27: Go for a karaoke session with your girl friends and sing girl power anthems.
Who run the world? GIRLS!

Day 28: Buy new sexy lingerie.
Because confidence starts from within. ;)

Day 29: Ask your parents or an elderly couple for some love advice.
How did they manage to hold it together for years?

Day 30: Remind yourself that the relationship ended for a reason.
Now, look back and see how far you've come! You're doing great.
