As of today, we have rolled out the Product Refund Policy feature to all our sellers. With this feature, you can attach a refund policy to your product page and inform the customer about the conditions of refund.
One of the top reason that buyer hesitate to make purchase is because they do not know what is the refund policies for an item. With this feature, we are sure that sellers that implement clear refund policies will have a higher conversion rate in terms of sales.
To ease the data entry process, we have also created the Refund Policy Profile feature, where seller only need to create refund policies template and then they can assign the policies directly to a single or multiple products without the need to retype and recreate the same policies over and over again.
If you wish to take advantage of this feature, please start to assign refund policies to your product soon.
As marketplace announces new features, it is always good to adopt to them as soon as possible to have an early advantage in terms of sales conversion.
