We love our Luulla shop! Luulla is a fabulous place and your technical people are wonderful. We just have a request (if possible).
Uploading the photos is sometimes a problem. Luulla wants only jpg files. My computer loads them as jpeg files which are rejected by your listing engine. I have to reload my photos in Picassa to list on Luuella. Could you put that on you list?
Oh, another thing that would be helpful is to have a "copy" feature for listings. I sell fabric and so many times I only need to change the name of the pattern and the photos and can leave the rest of the listing as is.
And one more thing (sorry). When possible, could "fabric" be a subcategory?

yes I also want a "copy" feature.That would be very helpful before we have any bulk uploader feature.
Actually, FantastcDIY, they do have a bulk uploader feature. They uploaded my listings from Etsy. You just have to ask for that.

Thank you for informing us about the problem while uploading photo with .jpeg extension. I am going to file this as a bug such that engineering can get it fixed soon. For copy listing, the feature is currently in the feature queue list, it will be prioritized in the next big release which will be happening between two to three months from now.
As for now, the engineering team is working on releasing features that will drive more sales to sellers. These include subcategories, Google Merchant, social sharing, Blog widget and store sections.
We will get to those features soon!! xx

I really miss a stats feature here at Luulla. A basic one to start with (# visitors daily and search source would be just fine for now). Pleeeeese Luulla programmers, pleeeease say yes :)
Just one more thing...i've been trying to "arrange my shop" through the tool provided in "store settings". Then i save and get the msg "your changes have been saved" but...changes are not reflected in my store...keeps the same arrangement. Maybe i am doing something wrong. Please help. Thank you so much :)

Thank you for the suggestions! We will be working on these items once the pending features are rolled out. The team is working on sub-categories, store sections, Google Merchant now.
The stats feature is now added into the queue for the next big release cycle. It should be around twelve weeks from now.
We will also be assigning an engineer to look into the store arrange feature and update here again once we have more information about the problem.

In response to Microbio's post. When using some features you have to refresh the screen a couple times for changes to take place. I've noticed this most often when uploading pictures, arranging my shop, and creating curated lists. Just thought I would bring this up so that it could be improved upon. Looking forward to store sections & Google Merchant!
