The team at Luulla has been working hard on some of the features that you have requested recently. Currently there are around 30 features that are submitted, approved and in queue. In the coming few weeks time, we will be releasing the following features
1. Store sections
Seller will have the ability to create store sections. Store sections on Luulla works by product tags.
For example if your store sells cosmetic and makeup, and you have tag your items correctly. You can create store sections based on these tags and have store sections with the name such as eyeshadow, lip balm, loose powder.
Store sections will most likely be available within one to two weeks time.
2. Statistic
Statistic is one of the most requested feature, and in the coming weeks, you will be able to see the number of views for your product items and the number of times an item has been favorited by buyers.
Luulla uses an internal statistic tool that we have been building for the past few months, and the challenge has been to build a statistic tool that is accurate and scalable in the future.
The released version will be the first step towards providing a more sophisticated and complete analytic tool for sellers.
3. A better forum
The forum has been the heart of the community, it is the place where we communicate, exchange ideas and help out each other. In the coming weeks, we are providing sellers with the ability to share your items and your stores in the forum.
Internal links will also be clickable, and if you share a link of your item or your store, there will be a section generated in the thread showing the photos of your items and your store.
We hope that all these new features will be useful for you, and the team will never stop in providing you with better tools and making sure that your business is successful here.

Hi, all,
A few days ago, we have been rolling out store sections to all sellers. This feature is now live. To update your store sections, you can follow the following steps.
1. Go to Manage Store->Store Settings
2. Click on the Accordion tab with the label Store Sections.
3. Select the product tags that you wish to use as your store sections and click on save.
After saving the store sections settings, the store sections will appear at the right corner of your store, below the store description.
While visiting your store, if you haven't seen the store sections appearing, press F5 on the keyword to reload the store page. The reason is that Luulla uses strong caching settings to make sure your store load fast and by pressing F5, you are forcing the site to fetch you the latest copy of the store page.
Hope that everyone will like this new features. In the coming four weeks time, we will be working on and will be releasing the first revision of the statistic feature!

Hi, all,
In the coming few days time, we will be rolling out the first version of the statistic feature. This feature will allow you to gather some information about your items such as below:
1. Views - This refers to the number of unique hits that your items has. Unique hits are the number of times a product is being viewed by different users.
If the same user view the same product multiple times within a specific period of time, it is still counted as one visit. Visits by robots or search crawler are excluded from the statistic indexing.
This metric is most useful for you to gauge the popularity of your item and the statistic crawler has started to index your items starting today.
2. Favorited - This refers to the number of times an item has been saved by a buyer.
3. Featured - This refers to the number of times an items has been included in different list.
When the statistic indexer has updated your items, you will see these information located at the right bar of your product pages, below the social sharing icons.

Hi, all,
In the last few days, the team has been releasing few features that will allow seller to better handle your credits and your inventory when you cancel an unpaid transaction.
The mechanism works as below:
1. For Pay As You Go seller package, when you cancel an unpaid transaction, credits will automatically be refunded and added back to your seller account and you will be notified through email. The number of credits refunded will be the quantity amount of all items for the unpaid invoice.
2. For Pro account, when you cancel an unpaid transaction, the items in the unpaid invoice will be relisted with the correct quantity and it will be boosted to the recently listed section providing you with more exposure for these items.

As an effort to make your work more visible reaching more buyers, the community team now promotes your work through thirteen different Facebook pages managed by the community team.
You can see these new and fast growing pages by going to Luulla's main Facebook page and looking at top right section of the timeline view under the Like box section.
In the coming one to two week time, we will also be releasing few features on the site that allow buyers to discover your items in a more addictive manner.

It has been a while since we have updated on what's going on behind the scene.
In this coming Sunday, the team will be rolling out a few features update that will help your store being more searchable on Google. We are also making the Trending feature even more important within Categories section.
Below are some of the more exciting release that the team is currently working on this summer.
1. A brand new shopping cart supporting coupon code and guest checkout. This will take around few months time to test and be rolled out to all sellers in stages
2. A newer and updated version of the site providing a better buying experience for the buyers.
3. A brand new profile page!
