How to set up the project classification

Hello, I open a new store, My shop mainly provide all kinds of jewelry,accessories, watches, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings, navel rings, mobile phone dustproof plug... Wholesale or retail.I'd like to have these product categories, but I don't know where is the setting.

Hi, Delicate Gift,
You can setup store section and put items that are similar into a particular store section. To do that, you need to add product tags to similar products.
As an example, you need add jewelry tags to all your items, and then when you go to Manage Store->Store Settings->Store Sections, you will have the choice to select the jewelry tag as one of your store section.
