The thread on this topic is getting too long, and I'm not getting any response to my questions...so start over! I still have no item views on any of my listings, and am not sure if I just don't know where to look or if this hasn't gotten to me yet. Please, let me know what is happening with this? Thanks!

Let me do a check on the stats indexer. The indexer is still performing update on many stores the last time we checked it.
If it is still not appearing for you after some time, we will do a manual data pull for your store.

I'm happy to say that it is working now, and I'm also happy at the number of views...
Where do you find views? Or maybe I don't have that option yet?
On each item page, under the Twitter/fb, etc. buttons...
And if we don't link to Twitter or FB, it doesn't show at all?
No, I don't think it has anything to do with that at all, whether you link to Twitter or Facebook. It is just taking a long time for them to get this working for everybody, for some reason. If it doesn't work for you soon, I'd recommend emailing them directly-it is kind of an important tool, and hopefully it will work for you soon....
Hello! Really glad I've come across this thread - so confused here!
I actually can't see item views either? As I understood you don't get to see stats if you only sign up for pay as you go listings - which I did initially. However I emailed Luulla around a week ago asking if I could upgrade my package so that I could do this, unfortunately I've not heard back, usually they're really good at coming back to me, so its unusual not to get a reply.
Also I do now see a new thread about item views and stats being launched recently, but I still can't see mine?!
Any help would be really appreciated!

Hm, seems like you should get the stats whether you pay as you go or oherwise. They keep saying they just haven't gotten to all the shops yet. I will say that I didn't see mine until I started this new thread-maybe that would help! :)

The basic statistic feature that we are releasing few days ago will be available for both Pay As You Go and Pro Account.
The information is located at the right hand side of each product page, below the Twitter and Facebook button.
Can you check if it is available to you within a few hours time and let us know again.

I am really lost for some reason. I have no twitter or facebook button anywhere on the right hand side of anything.
Last night I did link my Facebook to here and I can see my Luulla shop from my FB page....but can not see any link on my Luulla shop that I am linked to FB.
I guess I'm missing something somewhere.
