The thread on this topic is getting too long, and I'm not getting any response to my questions...so start over! I still have no item views on any of my listings, and am not sure if I just don't know where to look or if this hasn't gotten to me yet. Please, let me know what is happening with this? Thanks!

On the right hand side, you will find the number of times an item is viewed, featured, and favorited.

We just did a check. The stat crawler will be reaching your store in approximately 6-7 hours from now. You will start to see some views information for some of your product soon.
There is also one important aspect for getting more views, which is to fill up the store description for your store. Without the store description, Google will not be able to generate description snippet for your store and will rank your store lower in search.

Hmm, I'm not seeing any views on my items either.

I think some of you may have been doing what I was doing and expecting to see the views when you were in the "manage your items" section, or even the view your shop section.
If you go into 'manage your items' and click on one of your items, the views are listed on the right hand side.
It actually took having Tommy show me where to find it with one of my items to see where to look. Now I don't feel so lost, lol!
I still do not have any stats which is driving me CRAZY because i'm a featured seller right now!
I hope they get it figured out soon for me before I'm not anymore!

Thank you for letting us know! The views for your item will be updated once the indexer reaches your items.
For newer stores, it will take a while for the indexer to start crawling your items. If it still doesn't appear after a few days time, do let us know again and we will perform a manual stat pull for you.

I am concerned as well. My views seem to have stopped one day last week. I was very encouraged with close to 1000 views of my items the first couple of weeks and nothing for a few days.
Tommy, when can we expect this to be working right? The view feature isn't of much value if it isn't at least close to real time, and for some it still doesn't seem to be working at all. Please, please, please get this moving!! Thanks!

We will be releasing an update on the stats indexer in around five days from now. The efficiency of the stat indexer will have major improvement after this release.
For now, the stats for your store should be updated every few days. If you have not seen your stats being updated, you can always contact us and we will perform a check for you.
In the coming few weeks time, we will also be releasing a new feature that will allow sellers to understand what are the most viewed and popular items on the site. These information will be useful for sellers to understand the style and preference of the buyers on the site.
