The team is performing an update on the stat indexer these few days and stat update will be slower. The reason for this update is to boost the performance of the indexer, hence increasing the pace of the updater.

The update for the stat indexer is scheduled to be completed by this Sunday. If your stat is still not updated within one to two days time from now, do let us know again.

The indexer will be a little slow these few days as we perform an upgrade to the stats algorithm.

It will pick up on pace again this coming Sunday. I will be submitting a ticket to do a manual stat update for your store. If it is still not updated within a day time, do let us know again.

Hi Tommy I have only seen 3 views for just one of my items.

Where can I find information on relevancy and tagging on for this site please?. I am completetely lost and feel as if I am working in the dark.

I have more than 20 listings and completed a my homemade story page.

I presume I have no stats because I have no views.

Am I being disadvantaged because I am a vintage seller? My store has a range of items which as far as I can see are categorised as other because they are not household,or supplies.Do you have any plans to introduce more subctaegories in vintage?

Thank you for posting here!

The statistic indexer has been slow these few days, and the reason is that the team is slowly rolling out a new indexer that have better performance and is able to update stats faster. While performing this update, some migration are needed and therefore the update is slow.

If you have not seen any view count on the item, it just means that the stat indexer has not updated the item. It does not mean that the item has no views. It can also means that while the item is updated, the view count obtained is yet accurate and the indexer needs more time to average out, filter and provide a better count that is accurate.

I will be submitting a ticket to the team to manually update the stat for your store. If you still haven't seen any stat after a few days, do let us know again.
