The draft feature might be helpful to many sellers and we will suggest the feature to the designer.
For the unpaid transaction, if the buyer did not respond after a few days, you can cancel the transaction. We will suggest that the seller allows the buyer to have a few days time for making payment. Once the transaction is cancelled, the buyer's account will be put under monitoring and a repeating non paying behavior will cause the buyer's account to be reported to the admin. To cancel a transaction, you can visit the invoice page of the purchase, and click on Update Invoice Status, set the status to Cancelled.
