The statistics will take up two days to appear for new items. It will be available on the product page at the right corner under the facebook like and twitter tweet buttons.

To get more views, you can also use the Facebook like button and Twitter tweet button to share your items with your fans. These buttons are available on the product page as well. To share you items on Pinterest, you can use the Pin It button.

Do let us know if the statistics are still not available for you within a few days time.

I have had a few items listed for a few days now but I will wait and see if the stats come up today or tomorrow.

The other thing- does Luulla plan to make a save function for draft listings? I have tried entering a listing now a few times and because a photo is unable to load I have lost the entire listing three times. It's very frustrating.

Hiya Lexi, i had the same problem as you did it is so annoying as it takes a lot of time to complete a listing and then lost it. So Maggie and Tommy please please come up with something that will save the rest of the listing even if photo dont upload.

The draft feature might be helpful to many sellers and we will suggest the feature to the designer.

For the unpaid transaction, if the buyer did not respond after a few days, you can cancel the transaction. We will suggest that the seller allows the buyer to have a few days time for making payment. Once the transaction is cancelled, the buyer's account will be put under monitoring and a repeating non paying behavior will cause the buyer's account to be reported to the admin. To cancel a transaction, you can visit the invoice page of the purchase, and click on Update Invoice Status, set the status to Cancelled.

Maggie, is there a place that you can view all stats. It doesn't make any sense to have to click into every listing to view stats.
