One of my customers wants to change the feedback she left. How?

One of my customers want to change the feedback from one star to five stars. She and I both do not know how? Someone knows? Thanks in advance.

You can send an email to support@luulla.com and the support team will help you to change the feedback or remove the feedback so that the buyer can submit it again. This can only be done if you can provide proof that the buyer herself requested for the feedback to be removed and changed.
You can send us the email from the buyer as an attachment or the private conversation between you and the buyer requesting that the feedback be changed.
