What does the "enable mobile checkout" mean? Can't people buy from me on their mobiles without it?
When I click on it I am asked to integrate Paypal. What is the difference between it and how checkout works now at my store (also with Paypal).

If you did not enable mobile checkout , it means that we can only use the PayPal Adaptive Payment desktop checkout method for your mobile buyer. The buyer will then need to zoom and pan during checkout because the checkout screen doesn't fit their mobile screen.
If you enable the PayPal integration for mobile checkout, we can use PayPal Website Standard method that support mobile screen for your buyers. This will significantly increase the conversion rate for your mobile buyers.
I suggest that you enable mobile checkout as soon as possible because mobile is important part of the marketplace now, and many buyers use their mobile phone to make purchase nowadays.
