Has anybody been experiencing problems when uploading pictures? I uploaded 3 pictures for a posting and when I viewed the posting there were no pictures. I proceeded to editing the photo section and tried uploading the pictures again and It said "Unable to upload pictures". The size was within the guidelines and it was a jpeg. This has happened to me more than once and I had to resort to deleting the post (losing my credit) and creating a new one with the same product in which the pictures uploaded without a problem.
I just went back to my page and clicked on the item I'm having problems with and all the info has been wiped out. When attempting to editing it now, there's an error message "! An error had occurred while performing this task, please provide more info to us through the feedback page ! " When I clicked on the feedback link in the message it directs me to a page that says "Sorry... We can't find the item or page you are searching for." My Item has been deleted and my credit was lost. There seems to be a bigger problem here.

There are a few limitation on the uploader such as it is not able to support upload using multiple tabs and uploading in parallel at the same time.
The minimum dimension of the product photo should be 800px x 800px and the maximum dimension should not exceeds 2000px x 2000px. The product photo needs to be in .jpg format.
At some rare cases, if the uploader detected that there are corrupted images due to data transfer, it will not allow the upload to complete. If you have experienced such incident, please send an email to support@luulla.com together with the image file attached and we will perform a check for you.
It's our responsibility to make sure that all the tools provided works well, and if you faced any problem, we will definitely make sure that we fix it for you and all sellers.

I am able to post pictures in my store, but not my banner, or profile and favorite items picks. It keeps telling me they must be .JPG, which they are.

For the store banner, the recommended size is 980px width x 100px height. There is also a minimum size for the profile photo which is 250px width x 250px height.
For the photos that you are unable to upload, you can send an email to support@luulla.com with the photo files attached in the email and we will assign an engineer to work on this problem that you are facing.

I will have to send them tomorrow. I just re-sized a picture again with the 250x250 and it came back with this. The file is a JPG file also.
Unable to upload store avatar image. Make sure the minimum size of the image is at least 500x300 in pixels, and it is in .jpg format.
