cannot update the product photo

Hello,
I just joined and now is posting my items. But one of my item's photo can't be shown on my shop...
I clicked
" Click here to change product primary photo" but the response is
"The requested operation cannot be completed as there is no existing primary photo."
So that item can't be listed on my shop. anybody can help? Thanks!

Thank you for posting the question here. Can you send an email to support@luulla.com together with the link to the product item and the primary photo image file attached in the email.
Once we received the file and the product URL from you, we will assign an engineer to work on this problem.
