Can you also let us know the tags that you have previously entered in the product tags section so that we can perform a check in the activity log.

Can you let us know what are the tag terms that you have used for each of the item that went missing by sending an email to support@luulla.com

For the tags to work correctly, each of the tag must be separated using comma instead of quotes. You can edit the tags for your existing items by going to Manage Store and clicking on the Edit Product link for the item that you wish to edit.

Oh no!!!! I used quotes for a lot of phrases on all of my items. That was what happened?

So now I will have to go and re-do the tags for all of my items so they don't disappear again?

Will we ever be able to bulk edit items in the future?

The update will take some time as it must be done on each product individually, yet it will ensure that your items appear correctly on site search, Google search and also the product tags page. Definitely worth it.

If you are still having problem updating the tags, do let us know again. Once you have completed the update, do update us again and we will perform a check again to make sure that the tags for your products are working correctly.
