Leaving Feedback?

Help! For the life of me, I can't figure out how to leave feedback for a seller I bought from! I'm obviously missing something...


Can someone help me out?

Thank you for posting the question here.


To leave a feedback for your purchase, you can perform the following steps.


1. Click on Profile-> My Purchase


2. Select the invoice for the item to enter the invoice page.


3. On the invoice page, scroll down and you will see a section allowing your to provide positive, negative and neutral feedback for the transaction, along with the feedback message.

It must be very hard for the customer to do. that or they just don't want to leave any because I've sold several things and not one feedback yet. I know it's optional, but it really helps the seller to get some feedback here.

I don't have any feedback either, so I'm guessing if I had that much trouble finding it, the customers probably are, too.

We have made a few changes recently to allow buyer to enter feedback more easily. Yet, these changes have been rolled back as it started to hurt the conversion rate.


A few of the changes made includes showing a sticky message to the buyer providing the buyer the link to provide the feedback directly. And the other option include sending email reminder to buyers so that the buyer can return to provide feedback. Both methods aren't working as well as anticipated as the response from buyers had been low and we are working on other solutions.


As buyer normally leave feedback after they received the goods, and there is a minimal interval of time of a week time between the time of purchase and the time the goods are received. The buyer would normally have forgotten or is reluctant to provide feedback earlier.


We are working on this problem and thinking of a better solution to make leaving feedback optional yet simple and intuitive.
