How do I set up my account to select sales tax for my state?

Hi - had my shop opened for a month now (no sales, unfortunately!) However, I need to set up my shop to collect sales tax for the State of Virginia - for the life of me, I cannot find any area where this is available (probaby right under my nose, too). Can you help?

The sales tax feature is currently yet available. For now, you can setup your sales tax through your PayPal account or you may include the sales tax amount in the shipping cost.
