Hi again! Is there a place for the Buyer to leave a Message to the Seller at checkout?
My buyers have the option of choosing the background color for my art prints and I was wondering if they can leave the info for me at checkout. Thanks!

This is such a good suggestion, we are going to assign a designer to work on this today and we will be rolling it out along with the coupon code feature.
It will take a while for the feature to be available as it involves shopping cart and normally such changes will require lots of testing.

There is also a tip about getting more sales on the site. If you have time after the holiday season, do upload a few more items as store with more items tend to generate higher sales. It's the same pattern that keep on repeating over and over again.

I have a small question that sort of relates to this (because I've had someone go through the first part of the process, but never pay), but when customers reach the payment screen, do they HAVE to have a PayPal account or can they checkout as guests (w/ credit card)? No matter what venue, I feel like needing to sign up for PayPal is a deterrent for some people :(. But hey, if people really want to buy something, they'll sign up. :D
Yes, I plan on adding more. The holidays have been super busy, but I do plan to add more after things slow down on my other site.
Emilynne, I think people can pay with a credit card a couple times (maybe 2-3) on PayPal before they have to open an account. They should see a button that says "Pay With Credit Card" on the PayPal screen during payment. I've had customers buy things though PayPal without joining.
Whoa, I just realized I meant to reply to the other thread you started, not this one (Sorry!!)...But thanks for the input, Hop! I've always just used PayPal as a buyer to make sure I'm protected, so I'm glad to know the option to pay without an account is available. Thank youuuu :)
A buyer can pay with a credit or debit card, via Paypal, even if they have no Paypal account. When they select the Pay with Paypal option, they should get taken to Paypal and guided through the payment process. Paypal will then credit your Paypal account as normal.
