I cancelled an order yesterday and you sent me an email stating that I got 2 credits back, from 25 to 27. Today I log in again to find it is stil 25. I then relist 4 items and now it is 21.
It's been several months before last time I found this kind of credit bug. (You solved it last time.)
Can you please solve the problem for me again, and check your algorithm to make sure it is NOT happening again? Sometimes I just don't pay much attention to the credit since I believe it will be just right. (I rarely encounter this kind of problem in other venues!) I will be frustrated if I have to check if nothing is wrong every time!

Can you let us know how you perform the relist? Did you click on the relist link or you perform a change in the quantity of the item?
This will help us understand better the case and reproduce the situation by looking at the detail activity log.
The generic log did indicate that 2 credits were added back during July 18, 2012 6:45 pm EDT. We will assign a ticket to investigate on this matter and read through each of the event for this incident.
We will be adding back two credits for you for this incident.

I relist the items by clicking:
Manage store->Relist Products-->on the list of the products I click the "Relist Item" besides each listings I want to relist.
