I was wondering how people view our "Handmade Stories." I spent time writing mine, and uploading photos, but I cannot seem to find it, or other people's. Could you enlighten us? :)

I noticed this happen on mine, but it occurred to me to refresh the page and it was there. I noticed this also happened on a couple other pages, like listings, updating the quantity, etc.

I guess it doesn't update on the fly...

Hi, Stacy and The Gratitude Studio,

The Handmade Story section is divided into two parts. The introduction section and the full page story.

The introduction section is used for generating your store description, and also allowing your store to appear under the buy->The Handmade Story page.

If you have filled up all the additional five questions of the handmade story section in addition to the introduction. A full page of your handmade story will be published. When the full page version is published, the buyer will see a link with the caption My Handmade Story located at the top right corner of your store.

To have the full page version published, you will need to answer all the five questions and also the introduction section.

Hope this answer how The Handmade Story section works, and thank you so much for posting this thread as there might be other sellers having the same questions too.

Oh! So, if my story is not publishing, could it be because my answers weren't long enough? I've answered all questions, although some answers are a bit short, and I only uploaded as few as one photo on some of them. Do we have to use up all available photo uploads, as well?

Hi, Stacy,

I just did a check and confirmed that your handmade story is published.

The URL for your handmade story is as below:

http://www.luulla.com/store/hisOpal/handmade

When buyer visits your store, they will also see a link on the top right corner of your store page allowing them to read your full handmade story.

On the buy page, under The Handmade Story section, there is also a Read Full Story link when your store appear under the buy->handmade story section.

Thank you so much for writing this wonderful story about your handmade journey!!

Hi, Norma,

For the full version of the handmade story to appear, you will need to answer all the five questions of the handmade story section.

Once you have completed these section and published the story, this section will be available to all buyers when they view your store.

Buyers can view your handmade story by clicking on the My Handmade Story grey button link located at the top right corner of your store once the full version of the handmade story is published by you.

Hope this explains how the feature works.

Hi, Norma,

Thank you for replying to us!

We just did a check and found out that the reason was that for question 5, which is the last question, the description needs to be a little longer before the full handmade story can be published.

Hope you can try it out again and let us know if it works.

I think it might be a little buggy yet...I do not see yours, Norma. Did you add ALL available photos? I think that may have been an issue I was having...
