Thank you so much!! It will definitely be helpful if you can inform new sellers when they have the same problem.
What actually happened was that an extra dot was included in the subdomain field during the signup process.
We will be fixing this soon to include an error message in the case if seller includes non alphabetical or non numeric characters in the subdomain during the signup process.

I just opened my shop lastnight, am very excited to be here!
Was wondering if at all possible we could have a subcatergories added to accessories? Could we add "ponytail" and a couple of others I thought of were "hair clip" and "barrette".
I make hair ties, and there's no where for me to list them in the accessories category, except for bobby pin and headband.
Looking forward to my future with Luulla! =)
