Painting eggs for Easter is in many countries and cultures a tradition. Bright colors, stripes, waves, patterns, faces, folk carving etc. can be found on different tables.

I like to get away from the expected and created these porcelain ornaments with a VINTAGE TWIST. A bit of London and BigBen inspired me to this late morning breakfast design.

The imprinted design can be left as is for a wonderful natural minimalistic look or painted in whichever color you want. This creates a wonderful shabby-chic appearance and gives the ornament later a lovely glamorous shimmer with a bit of texture. Personally I like this shimmering mother-of-pearl paint, but as you can see in picture5 I can paint them in other, stronger colors which creates wonderful contrasts with the natural white of the porcelain.

Threaded on a ribbon they look stunning on hung like a mobile (for example from your lamp) or simply on your table around a bottles neck. The filigree embossed lace makes them look festively seasonal and very alluring to look at.
