As each item is unique and 100% handmade, I do not except returns or exchanges at this time, except in extreme instances i.e.: damaged goods. BOO!beloobie range of Toys - Each item is 100% handmade. The toys are stuffed with a non-collapsible ball fibre. I would not recommend that the toys be machine washed, to ensure that the different types of fabric stay looking their very best, being either felt, suede, prints, denim, faux fur, please use a sponge/damp cloth with clear water and dab to clean. Please allow for slight variances in the finishes pieces, as each item is uniquely handmade. No 2 items are the same.
