It would also be suitable as a special Sketch or drawing book, or Journal, as the paper inside is a good quality drawing/sketching cartridge paper.

The book has covers of 100% unbleached Linen, similar to burlap, only finer textured. It is a golden beige/brown colour, with naturally occurring variations. The finish is smooth and even, without the roughness of burlap.

The edges of the covers are embellished in a 100% Silk, in your choice of colour, with matching binding thread. Iniside, the covers are lined with a toning art paper.

The book has a Coptic binding, with six rows of waxed linen thread, which allows it to open flat.

There are 40 plain white pages (80 sides) of medium weight writing / cartridge paper, with hand-cut edges.

The outside measurements are approx 8" x 6.25" (20cm x 16cm - approx A5 size) and the pages measure 7.75" x 5.75" (19.5cm x 14.5cm).
