This is a one off headband inspired by the 1920s flapper times.
It is a stretchy black band with black secquins on it, would fit any size head (good stretch) and it features a handmade felted brooch which is a black felted circle featuring 2 layers of black poka dot tulle gathered around, and in the middle it has black rhinestones.
The brooch is approx 19 cm by 19cm or (7.5inch by 7.5inch)
