It features a black AB stretchy band with white ab secquins on it, and fits all adult womens sizes (as it has good stretch) it features an amazing handmade twinkle sparkle grey tulle, with rhinestones and diamontes in the centre. (approx 8 inches x 8 inches)

Gorgeous! You can wear the brooch on the headband, the headband without the brooch, or wear it as a brooch.
