I thought I was through with this collection until I was cleaning and straightening the sewing room, and this combo just jumped at me. It was perfect in the new pattern I had just drafted!

Crisp durable cotton. The top is fully lined to the skirt. This new design features a tie back with long ties at the neck and waist. Perfect for making a little girl feel like a princess. There is a contrast band sewn into the waist for accent. The top has cap sleeves with a ruffle. The full skirt is stripes and has an attached ruffle of the green dot that is the same as the top. The dress is 27 inches long from the nape of the neck.
