Fabric is 100% cotton. Crisp and cool to play in.

The top features Jumping Jelly beans on a white background, it is lined half way down for comfort. There are extra long ties on the shoulder to allow for growth or to tie double. The top has green ribbon banding. The Elastic waist bloomers are made from the green stripe that the ties on the top are made of. They have elastic in the legs. The elastic may be adjusted if needed after purchase, please contact me.
