Baby ruffled bloomer, or diaper cover. This one is a size Large or 18 months. There is pink ribbon trim with a bow at the top of the ruffles. The elastic in the legs can be adjusted once the outfit is purchased. This ruffled bloomers can also be ordered in custom colors and sizes.

Fabric is 100% cotton. Crisp and cool to play in. All seams are serged and all stress points are reinforced.
