Crisp durable cotton.The solid pink is a heavy cotton with a subtle nub in places that adds interest. The twirl top is fully lined to the waist. There is bright pink rick rack trim around the waist. There is a Daisy on the front and a Daisy on the back at the back closing. The back closes with Velcro. There is elastic in the back waist to help ensure a good fit. Shorts have elastic waist with a lower ruffle and pink rick rack trim that matches the top.

Top skirt length is 9 inches from waist. Shorts are 13 inches in length from waist.
