This set includes one stuffed felt fire and four stuffed felt logs. This set is completely hand sewn. The fire is able to stand on it's own as I have stuffed uncooked rice (sealed in a sandwich bag) in the base of the fire. The fire measures approximately 7 by 8 inches. The logs measure approximately 2 by 9.5 inches.
