All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping fee includes mailing, packaging and handling costs. There is no insurance included in final price. If you need one, please contact me about available additional shipping options and prices.

Tracking numbers are sent to your PayPal email address via automated system. In case you haven't received the tracking number, please contact me and I'll send you this information via Etsy Conversation.

It usually takes 4-8 business days for packages to be delivered within US.

All items will be shipped via First class International mail. Shipping fee include mailing, packaging and handling costs. There is no insurance or tracking on international shipments. If you need additional services, such as insurance, tracking number, delivery confirmation, Express Shipping, please contact me and I will add it for additional fee.

It usually takes 2-4 weeks for international shipping. It may take even longer ( up to 1.5 month) depending on each country customs procedures and post office work.

Please note that JujaCrafts is not responsible for any customs fees. This is responsibility of the buyer, and no refund (or discount) for customs fees will be issued. The contents of any mailed package will be declared on all customs forms.

All items are safely packed and ship in sturdy boxes to prevent damages during shipping.

If you need other shipping options (Priority Mail (delivery in 2-3 business days), Express Mail (delivery 1-2 business days), Insurance or etc, please contact me about the prices and shipping upgrade before making a purchase.

If item(-s) is (are) lost or damaged during the shipment, all cases are discussed personally. If there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me via Etsy convo. No personals emails or PayPal messages, please!

Returns are accepted and full refunds are issued only if item (-s) is (are) defective or misrepresented by me.

In all other cases refunds are accepted in 14 days after item (-s) is (are) delivered. Refunds will be issued after item received back and inspected.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and shipped back in an original package;

- Shipping fees both ways are non refundable;

- 15% restocking fee will apply;

-Returns on Custom/Special/Personal orders are not accepted;

Bulk orders are very welcome! Please contact me about custom or bulk order prices and terms. Discounts are applied for orders more that 100pcs (for flower appliques of the same style, size and color combination). It may take up to 2 weeks for bulk orders to be shipped.
