Your order will be send from Hong Kong Via Hong Kong Post 3 to 5 days after you placed it.
Shipping time takes 10 to 30 business days.
An email with tracking information will be send to you after order dispatched. The tracking information might not be update instantly after we handle the package to shipping company. Please allow 36 hours for the first update on the tracking web page.
If your order failed to delivered after 35 business days,we can resend it again for free or issue a full refund.
For urgent order: 25 USD per mail (under 1kg) and deliver time will be 5 to 7 days. All express delivery service require buyer’s contact phone number. Do email us as soon as you paid extra shipping cost with your valid contact phone number. We will not ship your order with express unless we got your phone number.

3. Order placed over 12 hours be will be defined as shipped order (regardless the tracking information on the tracking website site) and can NOT be canceled. You can refused to sign the package and let the package return to us. It usually takes 2 or 3 months for us to receive the return package. We will refund you by deducting the original shipping cost and 20% of the product price as replacement fee from the total amount your paid only after we received the return package.
