PROOFS

A proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase (usually much sooner). Due to the amount of work that goes into proofs, they will only be provided after a purchase has been made. Once the item has been approved the printing will be outsourced. This usually takes around one week. The faster the proof is approved, the faster the printing will begin.

SHIPPING

I will notify you when your item(s) has shipped. Items ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of my products, there are no returns. Please check the proof carefully. I thoroughly inspect items before shipping and do not send items with defects. If you do find a problem with the item, please contact me upon receiving the item.
