Features the whole alphabet and each letter is represented by a different animal to encourage early letter recognition and provide opportunity for discussion. Across the top and bottom of the panel are the numbers 1-10 in blocks accompanied by illustrations to aid counting skills.

In addition to the letters and numbers, there are 4 extra blocks of different striking black and white patterns (zigzags, spots, squares and stripes) Studies have shown that very young babies respond to such strong images.

The wall hanging has been completed with a co-ordinated deep yellow backing fabric as well as two satin ribbon loops through which a garden cane or similar rod can be inserted to enable easy hanging. The colour of ribbon on the loops may vary.
