Turban has knot, pleated back, hand gathered front, and serged hemline.

Size M. Accomodates a 22 1/2" head circumference. The mannequin has a slightly smaller, 22" head circumference.

This is a close fit pattern specifically designed to be used as a chemo cap.

To measure your head size you'll need a flexible tape measure. Hold the end of the tape measure in the middle of your forehead. Wrap the tape around your head. The tape should be above your ears, resting right at the point where you want your hat (NOT turban) to rest. That's anywhere from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch above the ears. This is your head circumference.
