This skirt is made of jersey and has smocking detail at the hem. I also added 2 strips at the sides which can be tied into ribbons as shown on the pictures. I hope you like it! :D
The waist measurement is 59 cm / 23.2" (while unstretched) can be stretched up to 74 cm / 29.1".
The hip measurement is 87 cm / 34.3".
Total length of the skirt is 50 cm / 19.7".
