Most items are sent directly to gift recipients therefore all items are shipped without invoices and are packaged gift ready.
* Hand stamped custom necklaces: All custom orders are not refundable
* If the chain breaks within 30 days after purchase, simply 'contact' me and return the the broken chain to me for an exchange.
*All domestic packages are mailed USPS First Class by default with Confirmation Delivery and tracking (will be provided upon request) Production/turnaround time (time it takes to create your design) is about 3-5 business days.
**International orders are welcome!All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped using USPS First Class mail. Once shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive. During holidays, it can take up to 5 weeks to arrive due to delays in customs. There is no tracking system for int'l orders except for Canadian orders.
