These are knit so they do have stretch
I like to say they are S-M size 14" Calf
Approx: 6"L
Care: Please hand wash and dry for only 10 minutes to get the shape back or put in Lingerie bag and wash on delicate cycle. Finish dry by lay flat and form to shape.
