Vintage 1980s Printed Tie Neck Dress. The beautiful print on this dress features a black background with teals, blues, coral and purple. The ruffled neckline allows you to wear the dress buttoned up and tied or with an open collar. This dress is sheer and you will need to wear a slip, not included, under it. There is an elastic waistline and a self belt. The skirt is a midi length. You will be able to wear this dress all year round. Tag reads Cassis, Made in Korea. This dress is in excellent vintage condition.
