I placed my order June 27, the item shipped July 1st and it is now July 28th and I still havent received my product. I contacted Exotic Owl twice. The first time they said there was a problem with the shipping and it was going to be reshiped. The second time I contacted them (2 weeks ago) I have heard no reply. I'm pretty disappointed.
