All my Items are Currently MADE when ORDERED, Production begins the day After ordering and the production times for each item can be found within the listings. Items typically ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excludes Holidays, Weekends) via USPS First Class Mail. If your ship day falls on a Tues/Thurs your item will ship the following business day. Need your item faster? please message me for a shipping quote

I only accept paypal payments at this time. If you are having issues paying please contact me. PayPal E-checks must clear before an item is shipped.

All Payments are required within 3 Days of purchase, if payment is not complete within this time period I will report the sale for non-payment and cancel the order. Please email me if you have any questions.

Posted Shipping costs include first class USPS shipping AND handling. Handling fees include, packaging, postage, labels, gas and mileage needed to get your item to you, Combined shipping cost reflect postage and handling fees for all items ordered, All orders will be shipped to the address YOU provide through the Luulla System. DOMESTIC CONTINENTAL US: 2-7 business days - This may be extended due to holiday traffic or WEATHER/Security delays.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipments have been taking longer due to increased security typically about 14 business days to 4-6 WEEKS!- this is just an estimate. if you cannot wait this long or LONGER please let me know and I can cancel your order ASAP I have no control over this*- orders can be delayed due to customs and the increased security in the US and other countries, Packages can in some RARE cases items can take up to 8 weeks or more to arrive at their destination depending on your location and countries customs processes and seasonal mail INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - FIRST CLASS/AIR MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING, If you would like a shipping upgrade please contact me for details.

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Hard cases are made to fit the APPLE iphone 4 and 4S ONLY. Remember not even Apple makes a One Size fits all case! This information can be found in each phone case listing as well as on your invoice and checkout notes. Each case being handmade is unique and created just for you. Please remember all items have a finite life. Cases are not meant to last forever please treat you case/cover as you would your favorite printed t-shirt and handle with care, these are handmade items and must be used and treated as such.

Of course I want you to love your item, but in the event you need to return your purchase All items must be returned within 7 days from delivery date. Items must be returned in NEW, unused condition. Simply contact me to let me know you intend to return the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued through Paypal for items returned minus shipping charges given after product has been returned and item is received.

The Curious Case shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on this product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product.
