It has been carefully handcrafted by me in my studio with great attention to detail. A hand rolled white organza rose perches atop black illusion tulle, Russian netting, and white and black wisps of ostrich feathers.

The bandeau style veil is shown in white but can also be made in black. Please let me know what your color choice is when you place your order. It measures 9" deep and is 15" long.

I have attached the fascinator to a 3" round base covered in taffeta, lace, and black braided trim. It is held in place with a small alligator clip and two loops for bobby pins to give you extra security. This piece is very light weight
