We ship with registered Turkish Mail which means your package will be delivered with a signature so someone needs to be at home. If you are not at home when postman comes , he will you leave a notice indicating that you should pick your package from your local post office or can arrange a redelivery by contacting your postal services.

Your orders will be shipped within 1-7 work days via registered Turkish Post Airmail ( excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment received. Usual shipping time is nearly 3-15 days to Europe and nearly 2-3 weeks to US to be delivered. Please ask shipping time for other regions or countries before purchasing. During busy holiday seasons or because of different countries custom policies some packages delay up to 1 month or more and unfortunately it is not under our control.
