I use High quality acrylic paints. The colors won’t fade, and the patterns are waterproof,100% Guarantee New.
Please note : we are using only one designer but still design can very slightly differ as they are hand painted and each pair is one-of-a-kind.
Due to the fact that each and every pair of shoes are hand painted , there may be some variances between the shoes shown and the custom order pair.

Delivery:
Orders will be shipped to your luulla address in maximum 4 weeks. Please make sure it is the correct.

Time for processing: 4-7 business days, As different shoes, the handling time is a little bit different.
If i am late to ship on time; no worries, i will use express shipment in my cost to catch delivery date as maximum 5 weeks after your payment date.
International orders will be sent via registered post airmail, with delivery confirm and i will inform you tracking number .
Usually takes from 7 to 24 days to be delivered- depends on the your country mail service.
Notes on the care:
I use professional pigments which won't be faded with the correct wash procedures as below. In order to maintain the beautiful appearance of hand-painted shoes, always avoid hard scrubbing in the painted area. At the very first time after you get the shoes, soak shoes in light salted water for half an hour (skip this step since the second time wash) Soak shoes with clean water, then add appropriate detergent (avoid any kind of soap) Scrub shoes with soft brush Air-dry and avoid direct sunlight ,NO machine dryer, NO bleach either. Keep the shoes away from chemicals）
Refunds:
If you're not happy with your purchase, please let me know within 5 working days of receiving the item.
When the item has been returned in good condition, you will get a full refund of the purchase price.
