ORDERS SHIP up to ONE MONTH from the date of your order provided you have supplied all necessary information to us in order to begin production. Shipping dates and productions timelines are not guaranteed unless you have arranged one with us prior to ordering. We can accommodate rush orders but this needs to be discussed with us prior to ordering- especially during the wedding high season of February- July!

Orders will ship via Priority Mail and tracking numbers will be emailed to you once order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For all International locations we use USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. This service has an expected arrival date of 1-3 business days after shipping. Packages are trackable and insured UP TO $100 USD. If you would like ADDITIONAL INSURANCE YOU MUST CONTACT US AND WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE. OTHERWISE YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE INSURED ONLY FOR $100 USD. We apologize for the expensive shipping prices. After several recent incidents with USPS Priority Mail International Service we have had to switch to Express. These incidents include a package sent to the United Kingdom being sent to Russia, a package for Australia being sent to Brazil and another package sent to Australia that took over weeks to get out of the United States ---all due to the fault of the postal service. These packages missed the brides wedding dateS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE AT USPS.COM AND ALERT US TO ANY PROBLEM DURING SHIPPING. WE WILL DO THE BEST WE CAN AND GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION IF A PROBLEM OCCURS, BUT WE DO NOT TRACK YOUR PACKAGES FOR YOU.
