Primitive Bald Eagle with Rusty Bell and Handmade Fabric Hang Tag - Shelf Sitter or Tuck

I created this Americana eagle from muslin from an original design. I put him through the full distressing process including multiple stainings and sandings to give him an authentic time-worn appearance.

I also created the hang tag from muslin and embroidered 'America the Beautiful' in red, white, and blue embroidery floss. It is attached with some coordinating distressed cotton fabric and a rusty bell and safety pin.

At its widest and tallest points the eagle measures 6 1/2 in W x 7 in H. A nice size for nestling in among your prim collection on your shelf, mantel or cupboard. I designed him with a flat bottom, but he will need something to lean against. He could also be used as a door greeter or wall hanging. Convo me at time of purchase and I will be glad to add a hanger for you at no extra charge.
