Cute tutu is black matte tulle with a red and white polka dot ribbon. The center of the tutu bow has a mouse shaped rhinestone. Hair bow is a large size double bow with ribbon accents and a mouse shaped center...very cute! Size shown is a size two. This can be made without the polka dot tulle to keep the whole tutu solid black also. Please specify if you do not want any embellishments. Knotted and hand sewn with lots of tulle for lots of fluff!

Easy care, hand wash or spot clean, steam for wrinkles and light starch for shape.

Please contact me if you would like a different size or color combo, beads and small parts not on smaller sizes for safety. Larger sizes available at additional charge up to size 10. I use extra tulle for lots of fluff, great for pictures and parties.
