Crafted from two sturdy cardboard DVD backer cards (the place - holders used in video rental stores) and 70 pages (140 front and back) of white, unlined paper. These are bound together with a clear plastic coil. All page corners are rounded to fit nicely in the covers.

~Measuring approximately 7.5 X 5.5 inches (19 X 14 centimeters), this notebook is a nice size to fit into a backpack or messenger bag.

~The spiral binding allows it to lay flat or open back on itself, making it easier to write in.

~In addition, it may be turned over and used as a left - handed notebook (the front and back covers are the same).

As with all repurposed items, there may be some signs of use. Edge wear and small scratches may be noticed. These only add to the uniqueness of each journal. Therein lies the beauty of recycling!
