Two sterling silver discs are hand stamped and hung on a sterling silver cable chain (16 or 18 inches). Sterling silver puffy heart sits on the top of the smaller disc.

ALL METAL COMPONENTS ARE DONE IN 925 STERLING SILVER not silver filled or plated.
