Payment is accepted through PayPal. This is the only payment mode as of now.

All major credit cards payments are acceptable and will be processed through PayPal account. ( **Read Note for more information)

Payment has to be transacted within 2 days of purchase confirmation. Otherwise, orders will be treated as cancelled.

Should you require more time to process your payment, please do not hesitate to convo me.

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment

Orders are mailed out on Monday to Friday by 5 pm, excluding public holidays.

Orders received after 12 pm local time will be mailed out within the next 3 working days

Purchased items are shipped via Singapore Post ( Local and/or Air Mail Registered post)

Singapore Orders – Orders are shipped by Normal postage. If you opt to post by register mail please add extra SGD 2. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

Overseas Orders – Items below USD 30 will be shipped by Normal postage without tracking number. If you would like to opt out registered mail, please convo me and you will need to pay additional USD 2. Items above USD 30 will be shipped by Registered Email with Tracking Number. Please allow 14-21 days working days for delivery.

All items will be shipped to the address in your paypal account. Please drop me an email on sunshineanddewdrops [!at] gmail.com if you wish to ship to specific address

Please note that some international shipments may have customs charges for some countries which are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees.

Unless a manufacturing defect, no refunds or exchange shall be considered.

In the event of any manufacturing defect, please contact on sunshineanddewdrops [!at] gmail.com and I will refund your amount.

In such a case, all items need to be returned within 7 days from delivery.

However, I cannot be responsible for any damage caused to the items during transit or lost by the postal system.
